STO can't die because ORG will launch a scrip-for-scrip. ORG could really use STO, lot of synergies. Doesn't CVX through Chevron Australia have some BPT cornerstone holding or major JV's or something. If WPL's SP gets too cheap, RDS will TO/ TKO WPL, compared to their other global projects, probably why WPL's SP has been part immunised from POO troubles. WPL will be chicken feed for RDS to digest but RDS will probably only do it at the right SP bid as RDS' SP hasn't looked fantastic of late.
