Thats a good question gs1000, im not sure if the actual making of the fabric has to be US based as well, maybe if the tech is US based that will be enough, perhaps little green man might be able to answer it better.
What I do know is, if they were able to supply the finished garments directly to the military it would be one hell of a lucrative contract.
