Well, because the peaceful majority is such a Majority and because clearly therefore, the majority of their leaderships are also peaceful (based on deduction). So, why is it so difficult for a MAJORITY of people from a community are so toothless in confronting Jihadists (by the way, you said "violent jihadists", I prefer to reference ALL "jihadists" as the problem)?
I do not expect individual action - I expect GROUP ACTION by the MAJORITY, under the charge of their PEACEFUL MAJORITY leadership.
