My personal thoughts:

Part 1 of it said all those shares are relegating to Phillp and are direct and indirect, for those in direct interest, it regard the voting power, so looks he transfer from account B1 to B2.....any thought?

Part 3 said, no clearance required because it Only from restricted persons, in this case, Phillp, related family business.....

So average price is around 13c, has bit match with the trading on 8th of JAnuary.....

Ps: have you guys read those option that B2 company held after that transfer, 1m option at strike price at 64c at Feburary 2015....
