Just a note on my experience. RM book on charting is good. However, if you are to practice trading more important would be how to interpret them. No one can teach you to win all the time however some practical simple Aussie books on trading and using charting would be

Louise Bedford
Darryl Gyypy
Chris Tate
Guy Bowyer etc.

Then there are few advanced books on combining them with volume movements.
Madmac might have few tips for ya.

What a day at the market. What a blooody day at the market. Never had time to log on to HC. Uranium going nuts. ENG held up well.
