I took some black t-shirts off the drying rack on my balcony yesterday, and as soon as I disturbed the clothing, about 30 of the little buggers took to the air from the t-shirts.
They seem to like a black background.
Where I live in SW Sydney, we get all types of mozzies, but the worse ones are the little striped ones, with a really high pitched buzzing sound.
They can raise a welt the size of a 20c piece, itchy as hell, and they love the ankles and elbows of course.
We're often told to love 'Gods creatures', but I really can't find it in my heart to love the mosquito!!!
