And in any event, I posing the merely questioning whether lies (and to what degree) had been told.. In this, specifically referring to the aspect that SDL advocated that they were negotiating with the Chinese and Westerners to extract the best bid. At the end, (perhaps someone can confirm this) my understanding was that Chinese never offered anything more than an "unbankable" MOU. If this is the case, why did SDL continue with these negotiations, and continue to advocate that they received 2 bids, one from Chinese and one from Westerners and that they're in process of negotiating with both parties to get the best bid... all the while knowing that there really was only one bid on the table. Please go and listen to one of GC's presentation speeches - he could not have tried any harder to express/and convey the message that these bidders were coming to the table WITH FUNDING!! Short memory???
