    FEED did not actually get off ground until late Oct I understand. Fluor was the Engineering group awarded.
    FEED is important is essentially further developing/progressing detail design, scope, cost and schedule estimates for project. This info is then given to the EPC contractor to help with them developing their lump sum bid and as part of their basis of design inputs.See these other Posts below.
