No, they are doing a discovery to see if there is "ANY" patent infringements. The court believes that they have a case for that!
There is no information anywhere for anyone to judge whether there is an infringement by WSR on NEA, this is why it is called a Discovery. They may find something, but just as likely find nothing. So I am unsure why the defamatory post by @cocoman on a patent infringement.
Either prove it or retract it.
