Jubilee used more than one rig but I believe that was during the development phase that may happen in Senegal but for appraisal and exploration a long contract with one rig makes more economic sense.
If I recall correctly at Jubilee one rig did the surface casing and other rigs followed and completed them, they were a mixture of production and injection wells.
