Thats something you avoided and you dont see them too often in auditors declarations and the only one Ive seen, nd I dont see many probably because I dont bother with them, let alone invest in them, end up with shareholder class action groups and or Korda Mentha being called

I avoided it as I thought you would know the answer already.... pretty basic question I thought.
Any company who is not making money is a going concern. Very basic accounting term... now read few minnows and their annual reports you will find it that it is basic practice followed by any auditors in Australia.
Is this is the first time you look into a penny stock?
