As there has been no announcement yet, i dont think it has fully been factored in. But in saying that the stock is tightly held and it doesn't take much to push it either way on low volume so there is room for manipulation. At one stage ICN was being touted as a takeover target, and what a perfect time to do this now given the state of the oil sector.
Yes it will be interesting to find out who the seller was.
