The CDU threads have turned to comedy, that's my only take on the complaints in this thread from the long term holders.
It's really plain and simple, in this case the TRUTH of quotes from WM aretoo hard to take for those that are believers.
It reminds me of the quote from the movie A FEW GOOD MEN from Jack Nicholson,""YOU want the truth? You can't handle the truth!"
I actually thought of that when I posted the 3rd post of this thread, and it has been so.
It seemsto me that the only people that want to talk about the stock, and what'shappening andnot happening when it should, the share holdings and dilution and fund raising are mostly non holders with a few holders in Malgmac and Buddy as 2 of those off the top of my head. (I actually don't know why either of you still hold after the get out of jail card handed to you at the end of last year).
It seems that none of the rampers of the stock actually want to talk figures and numbers, but jump all over those that do wanting to know about motives etc, yet can't seem to handle that some of us are just interested in the stock.
This thread is just classic, the venom put out for quoting WM in annual reports, about timelines. Of course the implications being that they have been so wrong in the past, why should they be believed know.
What was the last prediction for when the plant would be commissioned? How believable is it?
In the September quarterly there was this in the chairman's comments, p48 for those that want to check...
"The Company was advised by the EPC contractors that installation of the major componentry for the
mineral processing plant was approximately 98% complete, with only piping, cable and electrical, conveyors
and lighting installations left to complete. The EPC contractor for the Rocklands Project, China State-owned
giant engineering company, Sinosteel Corporation of China, advised that it is on time with the project and
they are expecting to commence commissioning of the mineral processing facility before the end of 2014."
That was released on the 29/10/2014. The electricals had not been started, and we now know will take 5 months(from WM) , yet WM could state at the end of October the plant would commence commissioning by the end of 2014.
I believe that is the most up to date forecast on when the commissioning of processing would start from announcements to the market. Does anyone have a further up to date one?
