Conditional sale of Lakewood Mill for A$5.5mil, and leasing out for Murchison Mill for A$7.9mil were budged as as revenue for 2015.. The sale did not happen hen created a $10mil hole in their 2015 budget.
The deal with CBA was to fill this gap. I must admit that the pre-sold price at A$1,486/oz does not look attractive with the current PoG in AUD. So I give management as pass, not a credit or distinction though
