The facts are that Abbott hasn't.done anything yet that's affected anyone because he hasn't been allowed to.
Revenue into the country 40% below estimates ,as anyone with common sense predicted ,it doesn't grow on trees ,current budget is completely unsustainable .
I guess whilst he's in charge when this is happening it must be Abbott's fault but for the life of me not even Houdini could come up with any solution requiring compromise that had lasting positives.
As for the trolls that seem to inhabit this thread with the same 70's leftist voodoo economic speak ,it's perhaps time they came up with some suggestions that could rectify the budget mess that didn't involve short term tax grab measures which are effectively a miniscule amount of the funds going out in welfare ,benefits and concurrent spending . That is longer term sustainable measures to rein in spending that are effective in terms of the ageing demographic.
Not expecting the geniuses here to come up with anything except more vitriol and mickey mouse tit for tat Abbott hate venom ,but who knows ,perhaps there is an independent thinker somewhere in their midst
