It looks to me like that have achieved an agreement with a steel mill and this $4m is to get started.

We expected this in the first few months. Not sure how you can spin this as being negative, we may actually be going into production finally.

Couple weeks and we'll know for sure.

I'm positive as hell about this now, 2015 might actually be the year they get things done
