    Hi nemu.

    The Talbot Family did not sell shares to Hanlong.
    The American company in charge of Ken Talbots Will, sold the shares, with the knowledge of George Jones. George tried to find a buyer, but could not find a buyer.
    Ken Talbot's Will had around $300 million promised to a few charities. The Executers of the Will had No choice but to sell to pay the Charities.
