IMO the term 'sophisticated investors' is BS. Strategic investors is what they are. When the CR announcement is made the 'buy in' price of these 'sophisticated' investors will tell you how much they believe in the project. If the buy in is at or god forbid above the current SP they believe. If it's below (as I suspect) they don't believe and will become a major seller into forthcoming news. Also if this is the case the SP will inevitably head down to the buy in price of these 'sophisticated investors'.
