Agree with you Stolwyk - China is a better international citizen than the US on most counts. Their own human rights record is something else but they aren't Saddam Hussein either - they aren't going to nuke their own people.
So sell them uranium, but why allow them to find it and dig it up themselves - what do we gain by that?
