    Yes it is very disappointing but really is no point selling out considering the potential news flow over the short term horizon....

    Probably the best thing is if you find some form of physical activity where you can burn your disappointment off....

    Ive found boxing is pretty good....

    Also take some time off I did and it did wonders for my mind....

    Hope that helps and I too share your disappointment....
