Construction is absolutely cranking, cranes up everywhere with the redevelopment of Perth and around Elizabeth Quay, the City Link development and the new oval. Projections have been made that population is set to increase to 3.5M people.

Lots of apartments being built here at the moment with plenty more planned.
Plentyof redevelopment going on in the inner west close to where I live. Around Subiaco there's also the pavillion markets site set to get 16 storey apartment and 4 storey mixed use/commercial

I'd be nervous if I bought on the outskirts of town, quality property won't go down..
The sprawl is the problem and I think we will see a lot of infill and increase in density for which I am grateful and I think is long overdue.
