Good point in regards delisting I forgot about the reverse but can you really see it for Metacash?
I don't believe PE firms front a leveraged buyout back off the market, they may well fund behind the scenes I cant think of one in our market, can you? That is a very American style and very rare here in Australia. Michael Dell and Dell computers is one maybe.
In the context of what we are talking about, Metacash, I would offer it won't happen for the reasons I mentioned but as a broader principle across any market you have a point.
