The problem is they shouldn't be lending money to a director; and soon after seeking shareholder funds, in a depressed and dilutive market. Even at 'commercia' terms this is destruction of shareholder value.

It's obvious something serious went wrong. What it was I don't know. For now, I am holding and hoping it gets back on track, though I am not far away from cutting all losses and moving on.

Truth is I was blinded by greed in a way as I focused on the 'positive case'. After EXIM was wrapped up I thought the risk of collapse & dilution had passed - though here we are in 2015. I've ignored and brushed aside concerns along the way to my detriment.
