Hey, if it's good enough for ZIP to release an ANN based on figures "out of the net", then it's good enough for me to pull figures "out of the net".

The data fluctuation with Viber would be the result of using a multi-rate protocol meaning it will dynamically change codec depending on the quality of the connection, so if the connection can handle better call quality, Viber will use a better codec.

I don't think ZIP is a crap piece of software but I fail to see the hype surrounding it
