The anti war brigade do not want Howard , Bush or Blair to be proved correct. They scream and whine each time they hear of Iraqi soldiers surrendering or any positive news that Saddam's regime is collapsing.
They refuse to believe the colossal amount of evidence that Saddam is a sadistic butcher, who has lived longer than he should through the efforts of fools like them.
Even from the victims own personal stories, hundreds of thousands of them, of the 4 million refugees, they refuse to believe the obvious. They idolise the French, Germans , Russians and Chinese who are motivated purely by oil and weapons contracts, yet accuse the coalition of the same thing, despite numerous public denials. Its totally impossible to accept that Saddam is a threat. Even when they eventually find all the bio and chemical stocks, theyl blame Howard and Bush of planting it. They know that the world will be watching for exactly that yet they still flog the same old dead horse.
What they want to see is dead Americans, Dead Australians and lots and lots of dead Iraqis. They salivate at the very thought while at the same time they toss up the worn out old concession'" yes we know hes bad BUT"...code for " forget it,we dont care if he stays forever, its not part of our agenda "
Peace is the phony mantra they chant , but the real motivation is political. Its obvious even here, they just cant accept that they couldnt beat Howard or Bush, so it becomes a tantrum chuck ...play the spoiler , we know better, everyone else is a pleb,if we cant win we'll bring the house down around all our ears".
That is why they are morally bankrupt and beyond redemption. Sadly,Collaborators and stooges have always been with us. Deadly combination of weak minds and overinflated egos.
