News today that the much awaited court case to rule on ex JV partners Cameltoe and Sons' claims against Alara has been now delayed 2 months was greeted by punishment ( or profit taking ! ) from shareholders almost immediately . Alara has two issues that need solving before any re-rate can or will occur a) the claims against them and b) the cancellation of the JV mining license they held with Cameltoe and Sons which will see that license either out on the open market again ( in which case Alara are already well ahead of the pack with a completed DFS and a Prince hovering in the background ) or...even better....awarded straight to Alara.
At any rate selling today may continue but it will hit a bottom at some stage..
