Isn't a comms strategy about raising awareness of the company and its products/affiliations?
Depends what the strategy is. OBJ have never been really strong on publicising their progress to investors but have improved a lot in recent times. Whether that is good or bad is debatable but I do know that there is often a strong correlation between number of capital raisings and number of announcements, particularly in the speculative end of town. As you may know over the last few years, OBJ have only had 1 placement. So I am comfortable with OBJ highlighting in announcements the really important things to help highlight them than inundate us with announcement after announcement. For me, results are the most important and I have no grievances with their successes thus far.
