Yeh, everything still points to an acquisition. Why would creditors take shares over $2 milion of cold hard cash, unless something good was in the works. The money raised from sophs(just under 700k) has gone into "administration". Certainly hope this involved acquisition costs, as opposed to being siphoned away illicitly. Excuse my cynicism.
