    Only 50k spent on 'evaluation' of acquisition

    Some director has taken a large consulting fee for some reason or another (Peter Wall?). They really should have to clarify this.

    What are these 'invoices for'?

    There was no debt at last quarterly

    No doubt a huge restructure happening but this doesn't read well
