Hopefully Beta launch for Mintsy will be in the next couple of days and they would presumably announce it on Tuesday/Wednesday. Given the most recent update from DCC mentioning its "imminent" release and also a recent tweet by Cryptsy founder on 17th Jan saying should be within the next week.  The Mintsy.co website has been updated a bit already and appears the server is down which may mean its being worked on as we speak... interesting that they are no longer calling those mining contracts fracs but now flex, given they trademarked the terms last i checked.

Announcement on 8/4/14, here might be worth a read for shareholders. Indicates that DigitalX wallet is proposed to be immune to bitcoin price fluctuations because it only converts your input balance (e.g. $USD) to bitcoin at the point of sending the bitcoin, rather than buying bitcoin and holding it. Personally I don't see why you wouldn't just send the $USD instead of bitcoin between users of digitalx wallet, but maybe if sending to a non wallet holder its beneficial. The announcement also states that DCC will be using Mpire Media to "develop systems, content and branding" (page 21) - obviously a no brainer to use them. Ziptel (which is another newly listed, reverse takeover technology company) signed a deal with Mpire Media and they to doing exceptionally well going from 20c to 50c+ in a short timeframe - presumably because they have a good product and all they needed was some great marketing...
