In defence of the Greeks, the money wasnt borrowed by the citizens.
Letting the government who created that debt off the hook is like saying the debt that Labor created and squandered was ok as well.
I have no problem if a party in Australia promised to default Labors debt, because I have seen no benefit from it and my reward is to work another 5 years (before retirement) to pay it off
5 years of my life to pay off a debt that I received no benefit from?
