I support miners paying the maximum tax\royalties as possible, the same as what would be expected in any other commercial venture.
I'm neutral on a Carbon tax\ ETS, and don't personally care one way or the other if we have one or not.
Though I'm against the concept of the DAP giving money away, and I believe all the Carbon tax compensation should have been dumped when the Carbon tax was dumped. If you get rid of the income, you should also get rid of the associated expenditure.
