It doesn't have to be a return to the previous MRRT, but miners shouldn't be getting a free ride and they should pay the maximum commercial achievable amount for having access to Australia's resources.
The government should be aiming to get the best economic return for our resources, anything else is dereliction of their responsibility to the Australian people.
