Doesn't make any sense, they have cash in bank and news is pending if not due on Valero and Walmart fronts, along with a Walgreens update

How they justify any sort of discounted raise whilst that is the case is beyond me

Fosters would want to be coming in at or around market, as we don't need cash and further dilution with major catalysts pending

Anyway, will reserve judgment till Friday - let's hope it isn't a slap in the face and that Fosters have the clout to move it
