I do understand your point. It is good opportunity for the fundamental investors but what about investor s like us who trusted this company and paid higher price which provided BLT to achieve such a higher market cap and in end got burned badly . Company is facing all this patent attacks coz they are working really slow and we are in 21st century where everything moves quickly. So either company keep quiet before proving anything or progress quickly after making announcement based on trial run.
It looks like it is following its destiny today as well. And all downtrends are mostly because of all loyal shareholders are getting tired of looking at such a wonderful chart for an year now.
