question about the spin off I have a question about the GPN oppies.
GPN are planning to spin all the non-gold assets off into another company (YRR) pretty soon. All the GPN holders of the fully-paids will get an allotment of shares in YRR. We should then expect the value of GPN to drop, because half the assets will be in a different company.
Now, the oppie holders don't get to take part in YRR, so I am thinking that the oppies might not be as undervalued as you think.
I hope I am wrong on this, because it looks like a good buy at first, I just have this problem in the back of my mind. Can anyone put my mind at rest?
Thanks,
h.
