Hi Frogger44,
I do not have a problem with people with different views or convictions. I am open to being educated and proven wrong. As long as it is a logical and factual discussion. It is when they try and make their case though dishonest discussion, by personally attacking and start telling you are this or that without basis when challenged. They go off topic and start ranting which leads them to contradiction and shows them up to be hypocrites.
I have reach that point were I am no longer going to tolerate the "crap" that morons post/re-post and let it go unchallenged by the silent majority. I see these folks as part of the wider problem, hiding away ,manufacturing false, extreme and misleading information. They feed on each other and they end up reading their own shiite repeated elsewhere and then believe they are vindicated.
Rarely is it from factual sources and/or invariably has been the doctored in some way. When I think about the ignorant fools who believe everything is a conspiracy by the Govt , the Doomsday preppers , OMG I worry about as much about those unstable folks out and about in my community as I do of any other threats to society. Just another group with equally extreme ideas to worry about.
As for your points , IMO it is both . They seem energised both by the attention drawn and the incredulous disbelief their comments generate, they like to provoke, this is always tempered with a undertone of conspiracy.
The IP address can be misleading......as in my case I am going via a VPN server that places me somewhere else in the world.
