Not so much the "secrecy surrounding the financial details of the one private individual majority holding" but the lack of financial information going forward. There is no reason why the company cannot provide the market with some guidance on financial performance to the end of the FY15 now. I also note the website is still not functional. Not a good look for a publicly listed company.
