The report and all previous reports use dry for sale price after applying a discount
They are currently receiving 85-90% of the average 62.0% plates
I still do not understand, when they deliver to China is the product wet or dry, my understanding is that their is a cost to process the ore from wet to dry
Please elaborate so I can understand your point, which is of interest to me as I may learn something
