No one would honestly say my question is picking on your negatives; would they?

Asking for your facts is honest dialogue, we are all waiting and watching. I am open to be wrong and learn. Instead of your top 10 how about top 5 facts that speak against TON in your opinion?

I am asking for a list of facts.

I can list mine but I really feel as you are the one prosecuting holders and the company it is on you to provide the proof and case.

Once you list your facts it is logical that the defense can challenge your facts; isn't that fair and helpful?

If you only have 1 or 1 facts that is OK, just give us your top 1 fact if that is all you have.

I think the Forum can defend any fact you provide. I am open to be wrong so present your best evidence. Personally I would prefer you give us a concise summary of your arguments and evidence 1 to 10 so that the discussion can be focused. The defense needs to see your best case so that we can answer your charges....

It will be fun watching the prosecution try to stick to the facts!
