I remember years ago STB making a similar announcement. Stock went from 25c to a dollar and they put out announcement. It ended up climbing to $6.25 before crashing back to today's price of around 20c.
Lets hope it bodes well for a rapid climb in share price in next few months without it crashing back to the levels seen by STB.
