    I'll give Johny's point a run.

    In a bubble there is greed, and greed seeks out leverage. Plot POG against ^XAU and you will find no leverage for greed during 2011. You could argue that there is more greed now with shares up 50% and gold around 10% - but I wouldn't run that line personally.
