re: env approval - construction to start Yes I do agree with you StockDoc - not quite there yet is it. As you say over 32c would look better. Getting ahead of myself....... Though big volume of the last few days with excellent day today is a very good sign.

Also re placements I agree one would expect there is a bit of loose stock to come in. They werent big placements however and the one at 23c in entirety was to Roche whom I dont believe will sell at all.
