    True winners were Gecamines. With the cash they got from TGS shareholders, they could buy it back 100%. This being the Congo, I wouldn't put it past them.

    Even MCK Trucks got screwed, they would have been better off with cash payment for their services, than an equity position that is now worth 13% of the transaction value.
