you mean the end of the line for SMM......it only means for AVQ if the appeal against browns whole decision is won that it would mean a new trial.....also if the 3 judges find that judge brown may have erred in say 3 or 4 points this may not constitute that SMM deserve,s a retrial a may just mean that those findings of the judgement be struck out this is why in some cases it is risky to appeal the whole judgement.
