The statement Love is not jealous does not imply two forms of jealousy.
The verses that describe the jealousy of God are clearly negative, they describe a violent, vindictive god, a god who punishes generations for the so called transgressions of their forbears.
Because these are not descriptions of a god of love and tender mercy, your attempt at reconciliation by semantics, fails to account for context and meaning
Descriptions of a violent, vindictive god, cannot be whitewashed by shifting the meaning of a single word.
