Don't worry!
Islam has female ejaculation covered by cutting out the clitoris and labia and treating women appallingly.

Imagine how the Muslim men would feel if it was written that they had be fully covered and have their penis cut off without anaesthetic when they were 5? Also 2 men = 1 woman etc etc etc
