This was as at 31st December hoots - it's entirely possible given the rate of cash burn that they already have.

Whether they have or haven't is probably not relevant - it's clear that they are in urgent need of cash to keep the lights on - given that all other means of making cash appear to have been exhausted:

DSO sales to China: no sign of any further revenue there - and reports from the EGM they can't get it through customs??
ROM "ore" sales to Glencore at EHM: no further shipments - but I see from page 33 Hutch managed to get a happy snap of an actual working copper concentrator??

Oceanwide have CDU over a barrel here don't they?
