here's the facts again...Now Menta has just said the All Ords remains circa 20% below 2007 peak of 6850...something I have repeated on here to the stock gurus for years also.
and compare that to what I wrote....
Stocks gained 224% in the three years leading up to 1988
Commercial land jumped 122% in Tokyo in a single year
Residential Land gained 45% in Tokyo and 35% in Osaka in final year.
Now 224% over 3 year IS a bubble, NOT minus 20% over 7 years, going on 8.
nup, not even remotely close
