That is just rubbish. A rate cut is very bad news. All that signals is problems with the economy. Which we know their are plenty. It may have a very short term psychological pop.
But that will be it. Once people realise that the economy is heading into the abyss. FMG will continue to declince and test $1 or lower at some point. Any big bounce is a chance to short, not go long.
